Rosneft Tight-Lipped on CNPC Talks

Rosneft failed to reveal any details of the talks with China National Oil Corp. (CNPC) it held Monday on an alleged new oil-for-loan deal. The Russian state-controlled major only said that its president, Igor Sechin, and CNPC head Zhou Jiping “discussed a wide range of items concerning current cooperation between Rosneft and its Chinese partners in production and refining.”
