Russia’s state-controlled Rosneft has been given the green light by the European Commission to complete its blockbuster acquisition of TNK-BP. With no regulatory resistance, the deal that will create the world’s largest listed oil company is set to close in the coming weeks and Rosneft is moving rapidly with its integration plans -- which reportedly include the departure of several top TNK-BP executives.
