BP Back in Court for Oil Spill Trial's Second Phase

BP was headed back to court in New Orleans on Monday to resume its fight to limit the amount of any additional fines and compensation that it will have to pay for the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill disaster. In this second phase of the trial, US District Judge Carl Barbier will hear evidence from BP and the federal government on the crucial question of just how much oil was spilled.
