Oslo-based LNG tanker operator Hoegh LNG has entered into a 10-year charter agreement with Lithuanian state-run oil products terminal Klaipedos Nafta (KN) to provide it with a 170,000 cubic meter LNG floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU).
