8 Production in Oman's offshore Block 8 is shut in after a pipeline linking the production platforms at the Bukha and West Bukha fields was blocked, operator DNO said in a statement on Thursday. "Efforts are under way to resolve this situation but total downtime may be as much as four weeks," the statement read. DNO's working interest in Block 8 stood at 40,800 boe/d in the first quarter, following a merger with Rak Petroleum finalized in January.
