Cash-strapped Norse Energy said it will sell land and overriding royalty interests covering a combined 28,520 net acres in New York state for $26.7 million. The Oslo-listed minnow — hit hard by a moratorium on horizontal drilling in the state — has agreed to sell leases and fee interests in 22,700 net acres in Central New York, along with overriding royalty interests in approximately 5,820 net acres across the state.
