Gazprom Neft Sells Service Units

As part of its oil-field services divestment program, Gazprom Neft, an oil arm of Russia’s gas giant Gazprom, has sold two subsidiaries — Services Drilling Co. (SBK) and KRS Service — the company revealed Monday. Both firms have been purchased by a private company called RU-Energy Group, which earlier bought other services assets from Gazprom Neft.
