The construction of cross-border oil and gas pipelines from Myanmar to Yunnan province in China's southwest are set to be completed in 2013, although a planned refinery to process crude from the pipeline will not be ready until late 2015, officials from China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC) told International Oil Daily on Tuesday.
