Oil prices ended the week mixed as the market sought to weigh the latest economic news against geopolitical tensions in the Mideast Gulf. Nymex February crude futures slipped 25￠ to $101.56 per barrel. In London ICE February Brent futures rose 32￠ to $113.06. Nymex February gasoline settled at $2.7516 per gallon, up 1.51￠. Nymex February heating oil finished 3.14￠ higher at $3.0702.
