Qatar LNG Sought for Arun

Indonesian state Pertamina is in talks with Qatar about supplying LNG to the regasifica-tion terminal in Aceh it plans to convert from the aging Arun LNG plant (IOD Apr.4'11). "Pertamina wants long-term LNG contract supply from Qatar of between 10 years to 20 years. However, Pertamina can also accept a medium-term contract of between two and five years," a Pertamina official told International Oil Daily on Wednesday.
