Kuwait will reportedly deport Iranian diplomats following a trial in which it convicted three Iranians of involvement in a spy ring, foreign minister Mohammed al-Sabah said Thursday. Foreign ministry Undersecretary Khalid Suliman al-Jarallah summoned Iran's top diplomat, Mohammed Shahabi, to relay the "Kuwaiti censure and discontent over this meddling in Kuwaiti affairs," state news agency Kuna reported. The government first claimed to have cracked the spy ring last May.
