The net margins realized by the UK’s Big Sixenergy suppliers have reached a record ￡125($197) per year, or 9.3% of the average ￡1,345“dual-fuel” annual household gas and powerbill, according to estimates published on Fridayby UK energy regulator Ofgem. It compareswith net margins of ￡40 (3.6%) in October2010 and ￡30 (2.6%) the year before.
