IEA, US Have No Further Plans to Release Strategic Reserves

The International Energy Agency (IEA) said Thursday it would not release additional supplies of oil from strategic stockpiles for the time being, but it added that it would continue to monitor the market closely and would be ready to take further action if necessary.
