Santos Sells Oz Evans Shoal

Australia's Santos said it has finally found a buyer for its 40% stake in the Evans Shoal gas field in the Bonaparte Basin off northern Australia, which it sold for up to US$350 million. It declined to name the buyer, which it describes as "a major international exploration and production company al- ready operating in Australia."
