BP reportedly plans to submit proposals to build a third train at its Tangguh LNG plant in Indonesia's Papua province in the next two months. The Jakarta Post quoted a spokesman at upstream regulator BP Migas as saying the UK firm is in the final phase of studying reserves at the Tangguh field, and will only go ahead if it is sure there is enough gas for the 3.8 million ton/yr third train and it has lined up buyers.
