Surgutneftegas reported a 12.8% rise in net profits last year, which analysts say wil result in higher dividend payouts by Russia's fourth-largest oil producer. Net profits under Russian accounting standards jumped to 128.39 billion rubles ($4.5 billion) from 113.87 billion rubles in 2009. The secretive oil major will report its full results in May, but was obliged to reveal net profits by Mar. 31 because of a large quarter-on-quarter change.
