Gulf Spill Capability Improved

The Helix Well Containment Group (HWCG) said it will expand its oil spill containment capabilities to be able to operate in water depths of 10,000 feet. HWCG's current system can contain spills in water depths of 5,600 feet and uses a 10,000 psi blowout preventer.
