Arrow Deflected as Australia Delays Approval of Bow Takeover

The Australian government's Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) has reportedly postponed a decision on the takeover of gas explorer Bow Energy by Arrow Energy, the Australian joint venture between Royal Dutch Shell and PetroChi- na.
