UK service firm Penspen has won a con-tract from EPC Offshore to provide subseafront-end engineering and design servicesfor pipelines and infrastructure in the Stella,Harrier and Hurricane fields in the centralNorth Sea. Stella and Harrier lie in Block30/6a, and Hurricane in Block 29/10b, about10 km west of Stella.
