Petrobas to Issue Dollar Bond

Brazil's state-owned oil company Petrobras plans to issue a multi-tranche benchmark dollar bond, the company said late Monday in a statement. The company hired Citigroup, HSBC, JPMorgan and Santander to coordinate the operation. Banco do Brasil and Societe Generale were hired as co-managers. Petrobras, however, didn't unveil the amount or the maturities of the operation.
