Emirates National Oil Co. (ENOC)-owned petroleum storage operator Horizon Terminals will forge ahead with more than $200 million in expansions despite the drop in petroleum prices and the economic slowdown.Horizon, which has facilities in the Middle East, Asia and Africa, will spend $75 million expanding its Taeyoung Korea Terminal in Ulsan in South Korea to 132,000 cubic meters, said ENOC Chief Executive Saeed Khoory, according to wire reports. The company will also spend $150 million on the first phase of its planned 308,000 cubic meter Tangier Terminals in Morocco.
