Opec countries have reactivated seven oil capacity projects stalled in the wake of the global financial crisis and subsequent gloomy oil demand forecasts, Opec Secretary General Abdalla el-Badri said in London Tuesday. "We postponed 35 of them but I am informed that seven will come back on stream," the Opec chief told the 30th annual Oil & Money conference.
