Shell Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

Royal Dutch Shell on Thursday proposed Simon Henry, current finance chief at its upstream division, as chief financial officer to replace Peter Voser, who is set to become chief executive in July. The appointment will take effect from May 1, when Voser will step down to prepare for taking over the top job from Jeroen van der Veer on Jul. 1.
