LONDON (ICIS)--Prilled urea production at a Libya-based nitrogen fertilizer joint venture involving Yara has restarted after a 10-day shutdown, a source at the Norway- headquartered crop nutrient giant confirmed on Thursday. Unspecified technical issues that arose at Libyan Norwegian Fertiliser Company (Lifeco) in late October were resolved within two weeks.
