Urea has traded in the range $209-213/t cfr over the past week. Prices are moving up slowly, smaller lots of urea for October arrival trading at $212-213/t cfr, but larger cash buyers still pushing to buy below $210/t cfr. Fertipar is reported to have purchased around 15,000t of granular urea from two suppliers at $209-210/t cfr at the end of last week. It has been in the market again this week for 30,000t for shipment to Paranagua and Vitoria/SFDS, bidding lower.
