Fourth quarter cargoes agreed with Brazil, North Africa continues Tonnes for shipment to Brazil under 4Q contract are reported to have been agreed upon near the $80/t cfr Santos mark. With freight estimated at $14-18/t, this indicates a Black Sea fob price in the low/mid-$60s/t. Contract negotiations with North African buyers are reported as ongoing. The sell-side is looking for an increase on 3Q contract prices of a few dollars especially as logistics and freight costs increase over winter months.
