摘要

In order to solve the problems caused by the low solubility of nifedipine (NF), such as, low bioavailability and short half-life, a novel drug delivery nanoparticle for sustained release of nifedipine was prepared and its sustained release behavior in systems of different pH were studied. The preparation of this nanoparticle was based on self-assembly of γ-polyglutamic acid (γ-PGA), which was extracted from the fermentation fluid that was produced by Bacillus subtilis and chitosan (CS) under normal pressure and temperature.
