摘要

Layered a-zirconium phosphate [α-Zr(HPO4)3·H2O, hereafter referred to as α-ZrPj with high crystallinity, uniform diameter and regular morphological forms was synthesized in a mild NaF-ZrO-P2O5-H2O system under hydrothermal conditions. The four-ball test results indicated that the anti-wear, load-carrying and friction reduction capacity of lithium grease were significantly improved with the addition of a-zirconium phosphate. It was also observed that a-zirconium phosphate displayed a better lubricating property than M0S2. The SEM and EDS results indicated that a protective film that was composed of Zr, P, Fe, Cr, 0 and C formed on the rubbing surface.
