Foresight, lenders reach debt agreement

Foresight Energy said it has reached agreement with lendersto restructure terms of its revolving credit facility, including adeadline for negotiating new terms on its debt in default.The Illinois basin coal producer agreed to cut by $75mnup front the amount it can borrow under the senior securedrevolving facility to a new maximum of $475mn. It will trimanother $25mn at the end of this year.
