Trapper permit agreement approved by judge

A US District Court judge today approved Trapper Mining's settlement with the US Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) and environmental group WildEarth Guardians allowing the producer to operate on already disturbed property while the government revises its review of the mine's proposed expansion.
