Eastern railroad CSX today cut its full-year growth expectations because the brutal winter has hurt its volumes and operations. Increased coal volume helped offset some of the reduced frst quarter traffc, the railroad said at the JP Morgan Aviation, Transportation and Industrials Conference in New York City today.
