Low demand and a stronger US dollar weighed on Atlantic basin steam coal markets this week despite transportation setbacks in Colombia. Bad weather is delaying exports from Glencore's Prodeco terminal in Santa Marta, Colombia, but only by a matter of days, sources say. High tides and heavy winds have also reportedly held back cargoes at Puerto Drummond near Cienega, but the disruptions have not supported Colombian coal prices.
