The projects comprise the 313@Somerset shopping mall, a leadership development centre for international business school INSEAD, education building GEMS World Academy, commercial premise Income At Prinsep and Setia City Mall. All were recognised for their environmentally friendly and sustainable practices involving energy and water efficiency, management and operation, indoor environmental quality and other green features.
