摘要

Advances in the field of functional organic materials will rely on a combination of synthetic chemistry and materials science. Supramolecular chemistry may serve as the bridge between these different fields, as noncovalent interactions dominate the intermolecular packing of the constituent molecules in the final material and, hence, control its physical properties.
