Integrated Freight Corp. (IFC) has acquired a full stake in SC Trucking Inc. (SCT), which specializes in trucking ferrous and nonferrous scrap.The Danbury, Conn.-based freight services provider said the purchase of Clifton Heights, Pa.-based SC Trucking was made using Integrated Freight's stock and cash. IFC chief executive officer David Fuselier told AMM the transaction is valued at a total consideration of $250,000.
