EcoBrass patent infringement lawsuit settled

Conbraco Industries Inc. and Elkhart Products Inc. have settled a lawsuit with Mitsubishi Shindoh Co. Ltd. that claimed the two rivals infringed on the Japanese manufacturer's EcoBrass copper alloys patents.The lawsuit-originally filed by by Mitsubishi Shindoh on July 2, 2014, in U.S. District Court in western North Carolina-was dismissed April 4, according to court documents. The terms of the settlement were confidential, and all claims relating to the patents were dismissed.
