Armco Metals faces delisting from NYSE

Armco Metals Holdings Inc. is facing delisting from the NewYork Stock Exchange for failing to file its annual report in a timely manner.The San Mateo, Calif.-based exporter has been unable to complete its annual report for the year ended Dec. 31, 2015, because it is waiting for an appraisal that will allow it to record an impairment charge on some of its assets, the company said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
