Dates have been set in the lawsuit filed by Aleris Aluminum Zhenjiang Co. Ltd., a division of Aleris Corp., against Charleston Aluminum LLC with the case scheduled to go to trial in mid-2017.The Aleris unit, which operates the company's Zhenjiang, China rolling mill, has until Feb. 15, 2017 to disclose expert witnesses, while Gaston, S.C.-based Charleston Aluminum LLC faces a March 15, 2017 deadline.
