The U.S. Commerce Department has issued final anti-dumping and countervailing duty assessments on imports of welded line pipe up to 24 inches in diameter from South Korea and Turkey.Korean producers face anti-dumping duties of 2.53 to 6.19 percent while Turkish producers face anti-dumping margins of 6.66 to 22.95 percent and countervailing duties of 1.31 and 152.2 percent, Commerce said. Korean producers escaped countervailing duties, with subsidies said to be at de minimis levels.
