Leaked trade files raise questions on authority

Documents released by WikiLeaks have raised questions about how much authority countries would have in managing their own infrastructure and freight services under the Trade in Services Agreement (TiSA) being negotiated between the United States, the European Union and 23 other countries. WikiLeaks, a website known for posting secret government information from classified sources, this month released 17 documents from the 11th round of TiSA negotiations held Feb. 9-13 in Geneva.
