Timken selling aerospace MRO parts business

Timken Co. is selling its aerospace maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) parts business to Bloomfield, Conn.-based aerospace company Kaman Corp.The North Canton, Ohio-based company said the decision followed a strategic review of the business announced last year (amm.com, Sept. 9, 2014). The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
