Industry has slammed the "unprecedented delay" caused by the European Commission's decision not to hold a vote this week on renewing the EU approval of the herbicide, glyphosate. This is the second delay after a vote was postponed in March because of concerns over differing scientific opinions on the active ingredient's carcinogenicity classification.
