EU approval periods extended for five ais

The European Commission has confirmed an extension of existing EU approval periods to April 30th 2018 for five active ingredients: the herbicide, clopyralid; the fungicides, cyprodinil, fosetyl and pyrimethanil; and the plant growth regulator, trinexapac-ethyl. Applications have been submitted for the renewal of all five ai approvals, which were originally due to expire in April or May 2017.
