摘要

The net photosynthetic rate (PN) and photosynthetic parameters of Juglans hopeiensis Hu were studied by an open gas analysis system (CI-301PS) in the orchard. The results are as follows: (1) the diurnal change of PN in J. hopeiensis had a small significant positive correlation with leaf temperature (TL), stomatal conductance (gs), photosynthetic available radiation (PAR), and transpiration rate (E), and had a negative correlation with intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci). (2) The seasonal change of PN in J. hopeiensis had a significant positive correlation with chlorophyll (Chl) content, and a strikingly negative correlation with intercellular CO2 concentration. (3) The PN values of J. hopeiensis Hu were lower than that of Juglans regia L. and similar to that of Juglans mandshurica Max.
