A duo of physical Central Appalachia rail (CSX) trades onFriday helped to push up near-term pricing close to levels seen earlierthis week, when prices jumped.Brokers reported CSX coal for January delivery traded twice for onetrain (11,000 st), first at $59/st then at $58.75/st. CSX January coaltraded at $59/st on both Monday and Tuesday, up from a $55.50/st dealmade at the end of the previous week, before dipping slightly midweek.
