Turkey's OVA buys Panamax of S African coal at $79.50/mt: sources

OVA Elektrik, a subsidiary of Turkish steelmaker Colakoglu Metalurji, has purchased a Panamax vessel of South African 6,000 kcal/kg NAR thermal coal for November delivery, market sources said Thursday. Market sources said a Switzerland-based trading house supplied the cargo to OVA Elektrik at $79.50/mt CIF Marmara, basis 6,000 kcal/kg NAR.
