Massey reviews its options after judge dismisses suit against court reporter

Massey Energy subsidiaries' lawsuit against a Boone County, West Virginia, Circuit Court reporter in connection with the Harman Mining case in which Massey was ordered to pay more than 50 million dollars in 2002 has been dismissed (PCT 7/7/06). Massey Treasurer Phil Nichols told Platts on Monday that Massey hasn't decided whether it would appeal the case. "We're still reviewing our options."
