Is There Light at the End of the Tunnel? The Automobile Retailers Association hears encouraging words from the B.C. government

In the summer edition of Collision Quarterly, I described how the collision repair industry was starving in British Columbia, struggling to remain profitable due to the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC)'s interpretation of changes to the federal anti-competition legislation. In that article, I stated that now more than ever the industry needs an association to represent its concerns. I also reported that the Automotive Retailers Association (ARA) was attempting to resolve the problems through engaging in dialogue with political leaders at every opportunity.
