摘要

In situ growth of TiO2 nanoparticles on reduced graphene oxide (RGO-TiO2) exhibits good performance of photocatalytic degradation under visible light. The photocatalytic efficiency of GO-TiO2 and RGO-TiO2 in degrading Methyl Orange could reach 99% and 96% within 2 h, respectively. The results showed that the optimum mass ratio of GO or RGO to TiO2 was 0.15.
