Solution-processable n-Type Semiconducting Materials Containing a Carbonyl-bridged Thiazole-fused π System

摘要

To develop solution-processable n-type organic semiconducting materials, we synthesized new π-conjugated compounds consisting of a carbonyl-bridged thiazole-fused π system and aromatic imides. Photophysical and electrochemical properties as well as n-type semiconductor performances of these compounds were investigated.
